I recently helped my son purchase a Sierra 1500 truck from your Heyward Allen dealership in Athens, Georgia. I have purchased many new and used vehicles of different makes and models from many different dealerships. Most of these experiences were good but some were not good at all and I will never return to these dealerships again. I just wanted you to know that my experience this past week with Heyward Allen was great! Before I purchase a vehicle, I do a tremendous amount of research concerning the vehicle, the safety features, the best deals and the dealership. I walk away from a dealership or a sales rep that I think is not honest and open with me. I have walked away from several.

I had the opportunity to have Larry Paul as my salesperson at Heyward Allen. Larry was a gentleman, a professional and he now seems like my friend. He helped me locate the vehicle that my son wanted, he had it ready when promised and the time that he took to go over the features of the vehicle was over and beyond what I expected. It was well past time for Larry to go home for the day but he stayed and made sure that he had discussed every detail and all of our questions were answered. I was totally impressed and my son was happy beyond belief.

Another person that I was impressed with is the Finance Manager, Darrell Harp. I have never enjoyed the financial process of reading the contracts and signing the paper work. I don't think anyone enjoys the process. Darrell was professional and I felt he was there to help me. He was nice and understanding and even though I can be hard to deal with when it comes to this part of the car buying process, Darrell was calm and courteous. He was not feeling well that day and yet he was still very professional and made me feel comfortable during every step of the buying process.

Because of the superior quality of these two individuals I will definitely return at Heyward Allen when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. I will also tell my friends and family about my pleasant experience and I will encourage them to visit the dealership.
