We were welcomed by Lamarr and he showed us a vehicle based on our description of needs. We test drove with Jon the next day and found that vehicle may not be perfect for us. My wife had been in a Yukon Denali for years. A Yukon Elevation showed up and we test drove it with Lamarr. That was the vehicle for my wife! The purchasing process/financing was smooth and professionally done with Jon.

I have been looking at purchasing a new gmc truck for a while now. My good friend purchased his truck from Adam and Kris and told me they were great to deal with. The way they talked to me on the phone made me comfortable enough to take the drive out to Athens Ga although I live in South Carolina! Even though they did not have in stock the exact truck I was looking for. I arrived at 8:30am, drove 2 different trucks. Loved them both but I really wanted a combination of what both trucks had as far as options and colors. While we were going over the equipment each truck had, Kris says hold on a second, I think we have a truck inbound that has everything on it you want. Sure enough, exactly what I was looking for was sitting on the train. I immediately ask them to run the numbers for me and it was done! I filled out an application and was approved in a few minutes. My wife and I came back a few days later and picked it up! We absolutely love our new truck and would highly recommend Adam and Kris. My favorite part of the transaction is that Kris sits right in the middle of the showroom with the salesman and he is the general manager of the dealership who makes all the final decisions. We had been car shopping for almost 4 months when we stopped at Heyward Allen Cadillac GMC in Athens Georgia. Got out to look at a vehicle and a salesperson came over immediately to help us. It was an hour before closing time and rain clouds were moving in. The salesperson, Marcus Guess, walked back and forth getting keys to a couple vehicles we were interested in. Marcus was very patient and informative. We test drove our Acadia, it was raining by then! Kept Marcus til closing time and told him we’d sleep on it. The next day we bought that Acadia and absolutely love it! Everyone at Heyward Allen was polite, patient and attentive. From the receptionist to the sales manager to the financing manager. Especially our salesperson Marcus! Definitely recommend Heyward Allen!
