I like working with Tracey, and know my GMC vehicles will be repaired or maintained up to their optimum level if Tracey is overseeing the job. An exceptional experience every time!
Whitney was great to work with. My son needed a way to go and he found an amazing Toyota truck on their lot. She came out, answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain everything. Ken and Sean were so nice to work with and made my experience SO easy and friendly. I dreaded going to a dealership to buy a car, but after Ken and Sean's work, I would definitely go back to THIS dealership (even though it's 5 hours away). The service department even took a look at my current GMC while I was buying a new one! They and Heyward Allen are wonderful, and I will be back in the future.
They took time to show and answer all my concerns about trucks I was interested in and I did not feel any pressure.

Just purchased a new car and Stephanie was lovely. She shared with me the various options that were available to me but there was no pressure. Everything progressed organically. And I am very pleased.
I received a phone call from my daughter telling me that her car would not start, I am in South Georgia and could not go to her, even tho I work for a GM dealer. Luckily we have Onstar and they dispatched a wrecker to jump her off. I found Heyward Allen online and instructed her to go there. She called me less than an hour later and told me she was back on the road. Thank you to everyone that help my daughter to have a smooth transaction and to get her back on the road. If she has anymore problems, she will be returning back to Heyward Allen as long she is there in college.
Ken Evans and Jon, the sales manager, have been exceptionally professional, respectful and friendly throughout the entire process. This was the second vehicle (within 4 months) I've ordered/purchased from this dealership because of THEM. They kept me updated when they could and answered any and all questions I had along the way. All of the staff at Heyward Allen were absolutely fantastic. I had to have my transmission replaced under GM warranty. It took about a month for my service to be completed due to difficulty getting parts. I was provided two different top of the line rental cars to drive. Tracey Collins in the service department was phenomenal and constantly kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. What could have been a very stressful experience ended up being a great one. My car is repaired and driving like a new car. I will buy my next vehicle from Heyward Allen!!
I took my 2018 Silverado up there no power steering the shop manager Donny Seymour called and gave me his opinion on what he had observed. The next day he called and had it fixed! Very good technician s up there very pleased with my service
Stephanie eisenhart is a very good listener and explains everything so it is understandable. She is was very easy to work with and doesn’t try to bully you into buying a car

They were busy and understaffed, but they still got me out on time. Even dropped me off and picked me back up from a distance
