Great overall experience. Maks Johnson was awesome guy to work with. Everyone did what they could to work with my schedule. They ladies in the front were sweet, polite and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable! They worked an awesome deal that I felt was reasonable for the truck I was buying. As long as they hold up their end of the deal and my tailgate gets replaced without any hiccups, I’ll give them 5stars!

Everyone I encountered was friendly. I worked with Jon and he was great. He knew everything about the vehicle and listened to my needs. I never felt like he was being pushy and only felt he was doing the best he could to help me. I’m very happy with my purchase and with the dealership.
I recently purchased my 2022 Denali and had an amazing experience! My sales guy (Adam) was great—he worked out a deal that fit exactly what I needed and kept me in the loop the entire time, even with other buyers interested. I live 2 hours away, and he had everything ready for me when I arrived, making the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend — and when I upgrade or purchase another Denali in the future, I’ll definitely be returning!
Top notch service from the start. Lamarr was easy to deal with, and it was essentially a seamless process right through the close-out with Sean. I was in and out in about 2hrs, but didn't feel rushed to get through the process at all. I will be back.

Tracey with the GMC service is nothing short of amazing. We purchased my husband's truck from the Jimmy Britt dealership less than a year ago and thankfully decided to buy an extended warranty on the truck.
After 3 weeks of having the truck the transmission started skipping, we took it to Jimmy Britt 6 times and they said they could not find an issue.
We called and scheduled an appointment with Hayward Allen GMC and got in touch with Tracey. The amazing transmission tech came back there were multiple things wrong with the transmission.

Really appreciated the mid-service video and suggested service review process. It provided transparency and customer involvement. As a “walk-in” , I also appreciated the non-punitive, positive customer service, it’s why I keep choosing GMC to service my Tahoe over my other options.

Customer service representatives were great. Communication was good. Sadly, the issue I needed fixed wasn't solved. Diagnostics test ran did not recommend the proper solution to fixing the inconsistent power steering issue my vehicle has. Services made did not alleviate that main problem.
